"They might be out of stock at the warehouse but they have shops full of them. IMO they should have nothing out of stock at the moment. If you order something and its out of stock at the warehouse get it from a store and ship it out!"
This is one thing I like about the Shaver Shop online model - I might be wary of the process, having heard the 'transitioning to online' line from Myer for a while now, but SS seem to operate their online from stores first, and then from the warehouse - so it ships from the nearest store to you, using staff who are already being paid to keep the shopfront open processing orders in their downtime... Keeps some value in the actual store front, which for me, is important - if there was no store, only online, how would you know what size Industrie shirts to buy online when you need more?
