Bingo. You know what I'm on about. There is absolutely no excuse to have stock unavailable online when it is in store. Crazy stuff. Its the same business after all.
I remember reading an article about shopping in Japan. Workers head out at lunchtime or after work, visit small shopfronts that don't carry a lot of stock, see/feel/try on products and then either purchase and take with them if it's in store or the store has it delivered to their workplace - its normally on their desk same day or day after. That's the future of retail.
