I find resources very hard to value as the commodity price is pretty much driving the valuation. In this case, scenarios might need to be explored. Again up to you. I did a valuation of APT a year or so ago. I might run it again but I would do a sum-of-parts valuation to determine the value. ie. value the Aus, US, UK businesses separately and add them. They are at different maturity and profitability stages and hence need to be individually valued. Z1P is likely the same with its different products.
