Myer must be sucking in retail money and doing something right to buck the trend.
I have seen many expensive rental paying companies closing their stores. A hypothesis I am running is that as coronavirus has impacted foot traffic, it’s cheaper and makes more sense for many brands to partner with the likes of Myer to display, market and sell their products. So Myer can benefit from this trend.
