July 9 (Reuters) - Myer Holdings' (MYR) top shareholder Premier Investments (PMV) said on Friday it had started discussions with fellow shareholders to revamp the company's board, after raising its stake in the high-street retailer.
Premier reaffirmed its demand that the Australian retailer's entire board, sparing chief executive John King, should resign immediately.
