I'd sold the last of my interests in MYX five or six years ago and thought that was the end of any involvement with the company.
Today I received paperwork , presumably from the from the plaintiff's litigation funders Vannin , giving the legal background to the claim and attaching a response to the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria for me to complete in order for me to opt out of the class action.
I'm just a bit suspicious. In the past I've had a lot of lawyers pressure me to join various class but this is the first time I've been asked to confirm to the Court that I'd like to opt out.
Have any past owners of MYX received similar paperwork and what is your take on what's going on.
