Jack and Jill worked as stockbrokers in a small firm. Unfortunately the small firm was having troubles paying the bills due to all of its clients getting margin calls due to the high inflation figures and the fall in the price of stocks.
Jack and Jill's boss Gary had a dilema, he had to fire one of them as he copuldn't afford to pay both of them.
Given that they were both good employees and that the got the same results and had started at the same time his decision was very difficult. After many sleepless nights he decided that the next morning he would sit by the window in his office and wait to see which one of them was the first to use the water cooler, whoever used it first he would sack.
Eventually Jill came over and had a drink. Gary went up to her and said "sorry Jill but I have to lay you or Jack off". Jill promptly replyed, "Oh Gary I have a shocking headache can't you jack off".
