    • MZI RESOURCES- HAS RESTRUCTURED NEAR-TERM FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS WITH SENIOR DEBT PROVIDER RMB AND CO'S SHAREHOLDER, RESOURCE CAPITAL FUNDS VI L.P
    • MZI RESOURCES - RCF WAIVED PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO DRAWDOWN OF US$4M IN FUNDS AVAILABLE TO MZI UNDER TRANCHE B OF RCF TERM LOAN
    • RMB HAS AGREED TO DEFER SENIOR DEBT PRINCIPAL REPAYMENTS TOGETHER TOTALING US$4M UNTIL MARCH 2019
