News: MZI Resources on track for Keysbrook minerals sands production in 2015

  1. MZI Resources (ASX:MZI) is well on the road to becoming a mineral sands producer by the end of this year from its Keysbrook Project located 70 kilometres south of Perth.

Commissioning and production is expected in the fourth quarter with shipments and sales revenue to commence in the first quarter of 2016.

This is expected to generate EBITDA of $35 million in the first year.

Keysbrook has a resource life of more than 15 years at current planned production rates.

There is potential to significantly expand Resources with an exploration program underway beyond the current Resource boundary. An updated JORC resource is expected in mid-2015.

Trevor Matthews, managing director, outlined these points and many others at the February 2015 Proactive Investors Melbourne / Sydney Luncheons.
