The announcement Rox made inferring Teck had exercised their right was around 2 days AFTER the 60 days (if you go by the original announcement) I think.

The timing of all of this is bizarre. We have an exciting drill program commencing shortly.... Management seem to be confident of both of these issues and have taken legal action so it'll be a very interesting month ahead.

Those who think MZN have more to lose than KDR are just plain nuts. Particularly since we don't know what's in the emails.
I do agree that management's integrity is on the line and we may not have any friends after this (unless we win).
