1. So NAB ( and probably the other 2 ANZ & Westpac ) have slashed their dividend. to support those who have overcommitted their debt. with the urging of APRA.
2. Retail holders will certainly get a BIG scaleback on the current CR, just like the last one.
3. But standby for the biggest kick in the guts. The upcoming Federal budget will slash the imputation credit rebate, ( just like Labor proposed ) in order to " start to bring the budget back to surplus ". and this will fly through Parliament with the eager support from Labor.
