Agree AJTRADER ,staff redundancy haven't occurred, some branches have closed, ATM's removed, back office transformation is occurring and MLC is to be sold. There costs will gradually come down over 2021 Not exciting, however COVID-19 still has a lot to play out so all changes in 2020/21 is to put the back in a better position for 2022 and beyond, $28-$30 is achieve in Q1 2022 if the local and global economy play's out well,
