May 7 (Reuters) - Australia's Namoi Cotton on Tuesday said its second-largest shareholder, Louis Dreyfus, planned to sweeten its offer to buy the rest of the Australian cotton producer, valuing it at A$138.6 million ($91.79 million), heating the bidding war with rival bidder Olam Agri IPO-OLAA.SI .
