This is shaping up to be as big a steal as Kahlbetzers got with Colly cotton all those years ago….maybe not quite, as it was obvious to any thinking person that the huge water rights that went with Colly, along with the properties, were worth a lot more. The board went MIA then, though I think the CEO Farley may have done a bit like the MIM CEO ( with Xstrata takeover) and campaigned against it, at least to some extent.
