    May 2 (Reuters) - Singapore's Olam Agri Holdings IPO-OLAA.SI said on Thursday it was planning to make an off-market bid for Australia's Namoi Cotton (NAM) for A$136.6 million ($89.13 million), which would be subject to the suitor obtaining a relevant interest in at least 50.1% in the target firm.

    ($1 = 1.5326 Australian dollars)
