That’s what I thought. Why bother. At the end the NCM management could reduce the dividend, as they say up to USD1.10; which means it could be less. They’ll make the max for themselves and the shareholders will get bugger all.
Management will always do what’s best for themselves. They couldn’t care a stuff about the shareholders.
