Aug 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:
** "Call of Duty" maker Activision Blizzard ATVI.O will sell its streaming rights to Ubisoft EntertainmentUBIP.PA in a fresh attempt to win approval from Britain's anti-trust regulator for its $69 billion sale to Microsoft MSFT.O .
** Thailand's second-biggest lender Kasikornbank KBANK.BK is in talks to buy consumer finance provider HomeCredit Vietnam in a deal of up to $1 billion that would further its push to expand in Vietnam, two sources said.
** French company TotalEnergies TTEF.PA said that it had agreed to buy the 40% participating interest held by the company CapeOmega in the CO2 storage exploration licence ExL004, located off the shore of Bergen in Norway.
** Gold miner Newmont Corp NEM.N said on Monday it has received clearance from Australia's competition regulator to proceed with its proposed A$26.2 billion ($16.80 billion) takeover of Newcrest Mining (NCM) .
** U.S. grain trader Cargill will seek antitrust approval in Brazil for a binding offer to acquire three soy crushing plants in a bid to boost biodiesel production and expand operations in the world's biggest soy producer.
