    Oct 17 (Reuters) - Evolution Mining Ltd (EVN)

    • Evolution Mining Ltd - acquisition of Marsden Copper-Gold Project
    • Entered into a binding agreement with Newcrest Operations Limited
    • Will make an upfront payment of A$3 million on completion
    • Evolution will make further A$7 million payment contingent on a decision to mine
    • Deal to acquire Marsden Copper-Gold Project
