    • NEWCREST TO TERMINATE US REPORTING OBLIGATIONS WITH U.S. SEC
    • TERMINATION OF REPORTING OBLIGATIONS WITH SEC WILL NOT AFFECT CO'S LEVEL 1 ADR PROGRAM IN U.S.
    • IF SEC DOES NOT OBJECT, DEREGISTRATION & TERMINATION WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE 90 DAYS FROM TODAY'S FILING OR SUCH SHORTER PERIOD
