    • ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF EARLY TENDER OFFER AND PRICING OF MAXIMUM TENDER OFFER FOR DEBT DUE IN 2022
    • PRICING OF 4.200% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2022 AT FIXED SPREAD OF +135 BPS & REPURCHASE YIELD OF 1.521%
    • US$364 MILLION OF PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF MAX TENDER OFFER NOTES TENDERED AND NOT WITHDRAWN AT EARLY TENDER TIME TO BE ACCEPTED
