    You have thought about the asset wrong, in my opinion. You buy precious metals to store your wealth in perpetuity.

    A legacy for your great, great, great grand children. Aside from the legacy, physical gold and silver are insurance in a time of severe financial crisis.

    Also gold and silver have unrivalled industrial applications.
