    Some idle speculation - I have found it strange that an IGO representative has not as yet been appointed to the NCZ Board as had been proposed in the arrangement over a month ago. So I was wondering if NCZ completes this Goro acquisition in its name as it was the original bidder and then IGO launches a takeover bid for NCZ - it is even possible for NCZ to cancel this retail entitlement offer also if they so wished if it hasn't been completed.
