Swami is a fool. If his info turns out to be accurate, he’s announced to the world that he had inside info and knowingly shared it. In fact, I think any reasonable person would argue that he shared it knowing that others would trade on it. That’s a big no no.

This is different to his little piece on SFR as it turns out that was immaterial. Didn’t stop him making a mountain of a molehill but the fact that it was immaterial was his saving grace.

In this case, he may find himself in a bit of hot water.
