Your cashflow chart has a lot of assumptions as to zinc price, TC's, exchange rates, and silver prices. Of course assumptions have to be made as looking forward no one knows for sure what will happen to the pricing of these variables going forward.

However, there may be a substantial surprise element if these variables are more favourable in their price mechanisms. (or a shock if the converse eventuates).

Lets hope the numbers stack up favourably and fatten up that cow and in turn fatten up our wallets.
