All in my opinion. NCZ along with IGO will buy the Vale run mine in New Caledonia. Great opportunities ahead. Nickel and Cobalt. Wouldn't surprise me if they refine the materials in Clive Palmer's refinery in Townsville. Qld government will be on board with the cash along with the fed's Matt Canavan. Jobs, Jobs, Jobs. This is a better play for QLD tax payers, rather than that news grabbing money pit called Virgin Airlines.
