It is my opinion that Phil Byrne had acted primarily in his own interests from the moment he lead the company . This I have deduced from calculating the number of shares and options he accumulated over the time he ran the company to when he was finally paid out . It was I believe a rude amount of money for doing the opposite to what he was employed to do , and that was to put the interest of the share holders FIRST . You are not being remembered kindly Mr Phil Byrne .
