News: NEA Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions

Aug 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Monday:

** Private equity firm CVC Capital Partners is in talks to sell its 20% stake worth about $270 million in Indonesia's top snack-food producer GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya GOOD.JK , sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

** Britain's Vodafone VOD.L will sell its Hungarian business for 715 billion forints ($1.8 billion) in cash to local IT company 4iG and the Hungarian state, consolidating the hold of Prime Minister Viktor Orban's government over the telecoms sector.

** Australia's Link Administration Holdings Ltd (LNK) said that its shareholders voted in favour of Canadian Dye & Durham Ltd's DND.TO revised offer of A$4.81 per share, that valued the share registry company at A$2.47 billion ($1.70 billion).

** Aerial imagery company Nearmap Ltd (NEA) said it agreed to an A$1.06 billion ($728.5 million) takeover offer from Thoma Bravo L.P, becoming the latest technology firm that the U.S. private equity firm has bet on in recent months.

** UnitedHealth Group Inc UNH.N , Amazon.com Inc AMZN.O CVS Health Corp CVS.N and Option Care Health Inc OPCH.O are bidding for Signify Health Inc SGFY.N , Bloomberg News reported on Sunday, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.
