I'd assume that TB can walk away still and stump up that ~$10million penalty.
I'm in no way suggesting they possibly would, as it'd ruin their credibility. This is reflected in the SP hitting 2.10 today.
While on snowball chance in hell scenarios, I'm assuming too, that the board would still be able to consider new proposals >2.10? Again, not anticipating or even hoping anymore....
