I don't see how a lot of the information they provide is relative. Selling houses requires a relationship with the seller and not just looking at a property on a website.
When I was buying a property recently you would go to an auction with a "bargain" reserve price and it would sell for $200k over.
It also amazes me how they always do these press articles around results time to create interest in the shares. I'm very interested to see the figures for the new products, if they actually provide them this year
Does anyone know what the CEO has given as estimated figures for the year end from any broker calls ? Why is the share price so low if they are doing so well ?
