Pictometry is already in Aus. Some Googling seems to indicate that they already capture for NSW SIX.
It seems like Pictometry isn't really in the same business as NEA though, at least not yet.
mapmart.com says this about their imagery: "Renewable image libraries – Pictometry’s image libraries are refreshed every two years, or more often if needed, allowing customers to analyze changes that have taken place over time."
