haha... since you can make an assumption on expenses why can’t do assumption on revenue? The forum is open for discussion - without a forecast on what basis we go and analyze where the company heading to?
first the $10m for 2H20 is from company forecast. I did say with the ASSUMPTIoN of same GROWTH RATE if you can read my post properly. The company is expanding to other market in other continents plus the growth in China is growing. My assumption for $20m in 1H21 is not too ridiculous.
i am not saying NO COGS. Just saying the ratio is irrelevant to compare and analyzing the future. Once your revenue grow, the direct cost ratio will quickly shrink to single digit. So it’s pointless to discuss the ratio.
Is it my English too hard to understand?
