WELLINGTON, July 15 (Reuters) - New Zealand's median house prices fell a seasonally adjusted 1.0 percent in June versus the previous month but were up 10.5 percent on the year, the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) said on Friday.
The REINZ said prices in the country's biggest city, Auckland were up a seasonally adjusted 2.9 percent in June versus May and were up 8.9 percent on the year.
