WELLINGTON, Oct 13 (Reuters) - New Zealand house prices rose in September, the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) said on Thursday.
Seasonally adjusted median house prices rose 3 percent in September compared to the previous month and were up 7 percent on a year ago.
The REINZ said prices in the country's biggest city, Auckland, fell 2 percent on the month and rose 7 percent year-on-year.
