WELLINGTON, April 13 (Reuters) - Manufacturing activity in New Zealand rose at its fastest pace in more than a year in March, a survey showed on Thursday.
The Bank of New Zealand-Business NZ’s seasonally adjusted Performance of Manufacturing Index (PMI) rose 2.1 points from the previous month to 57.8.
A reading above 50 indicates an expansion in activity, while anything below that threshold indicates a contraction.
