WELLINGTON, Sept 21 (Reuters) - New Zealand posted a seasonally adjusted net gain of 5600 permanent and long-term migrants in August, data from Statistics New Zealand showed on Wednesday. The number of short-term visitors to New Zealand rose 9.0 percent on a year ago.
