In financing news, ASX-listed MRL Corp. said it has received firm commitments for an Australian dollar (A$) $4m ($2.92m*) capital raising to fund the development of mine shafts at its graphite tenements in Sri Lanka.
The raising will be conducted at a price of A$0.055/share and has been bid for by strategic investors, according the lead fund manager, Far East Capital.
