Read carefully comments made by Blackmores regarding the launch of their new range.
They are focused on customer satisfaction and availability of product. They are going to engage directly with their customers and provide a mechanism whereby they can be guaranteed supply. As they have a comparable range (basically the same) as bellamy's I believe this will be a winner.
If it works I suspect they will use this same model elsewhere around the world.
Guaranteeing supply is fast becoming the biggest requirement of long term success.
We shall see.
