re: News: NewSat Limited presents to the Aust... (imo) The push to remove AB was led by large external interests who were planning a takeover of the company. That's what caused the price to spike to 40c from 15c back in 2008. The company fought off the TO and AB remained. In hindsight it was a very good thing. The mobs plan was to focus on core business and not satellites so we would be in a very different situation now if they were successful. It's a very different company now and the exec team are world class (hewins, ball etc).
