I agree this fall is purely based on sentiment, with sellers only seeing the worst-case scenario. While I think that investment funds have suffered in a real way, it's hard to neglect NGI's strong balance sheet and that their performance does not stray from other funds. The fund has already fallen from $3.55 to $1.30, that's a 64% loss that has been shaped by fear. NGI will come back from this in a real way and it already seems like many investors have caught on to the overselling. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a complete shift from oversold to overbought in the coming days as the institutions move out and punters move in.
