the Oakey Coal Action Alliance must have deep pockets to fund yet another class action , this time in the HCA. Already the costs of the previous suits have been awarded against the Alliance , so I assume they are hoping that the HCA will give them a win and thus obviate paying up the costs against them.
Given the work load at the HCA , I assume it will be March / April 2020 before the matter gets a directions hearing.
