May 31 (Reuters) - New Hope Corporation Ltd (NHC) :
- Queensland Land Court handed down its recommendation in respect of New Acland Mine stage 3 mining lease applications
- Land court has recommended that mining leases and environmental authority amendment for stage 3 not be granted
- Co is currently reviewing recommendation to determine options available to it in order to secure approval of project
- These approvals and an associated water licence will be required for project to proceed
