WHY
As a LTH (ineligible for placement) and at a delta placement of $2.00 (100m shares) that
is around 13% dilution of my shares
For that price i would like to know what the global investors are bringing???
Mindful of the fact that the conversion price would be $2.50-$2.75 or 2026--this i could live with
Im jealous-this placement will be smashed and WHSP wont have to touch one of their shares
LTH should be made eligible
