By MPL? Would it pass the anti-trust regulator, ACCC? If BP is allowed to TO WOW's gasoline/ petroleum retail outlets, I guess the MPL TO bid for NHF becomes more likely and is well on the cards.
How could the ACCC allow BP to take the WOW stations while rejecting MPL taking over NHF? With all the other industry competitors etc? Would the Courts permit the ACCC to raise concerns in such a climate or rule that out as an abuse of process similar to what happened in the AGL/ Macquarie Generation case?
