I'm not a fan of companies that grow by acqusition (I believe in the 5:4:1 Rule...for every 10 acquisitions that are made, 5 destroy shareholder value outright, 4 might cover their cost of capital if the planets align perfectly, and just 1 is value accretive).
But this deal done by NHF is an excellent one, in my view.
I think it will prove to be highly value accretive, and in a sooner timeframe than I thought when I first looked at it.
