Yes I understand the commission process and that it takes 2-3 months especially with molten rock and exceptional high temperature equipment.
BUT they didn’t want to say real reason ramp up was much slower than previous ramp up OR say yes excellent we have started but it will negatively impact profitability this 1/4 and significantly so.
Therefore anyone thinking this 1/4 will show massive profit rise is wrong as there will be a $15-$20 million of extra production cost on the balance sheet. Currently making 800 tonnes a month (500/300) through two lines. So say 1600tonnes for all of 1/4 x $12500 = $20,000,000

And Justin knows this but didn’t point out to market which isn’t being particularly transparent.

This explains why price has not risen much as NIC made same actual profit numbers as December 1/4. Any rise in profit from higher selling price is cancelled out.
