"The Mob" Buying this stock are not interested in us as shareholders. They are an oil refining business and are only interested in getting the oil to their own company. I hope they will pay full market price otherwise it would be conflict of interest.
The share price will never move while they have 81% stake , the well will be sucked dry in a few years and the money we get as income, i doubt we will ever see any of it. 8 million dollars /year in interest to the mother company plus directors fees running costs etc etc.
We the small shareholder are basically Screwed. and the MD should be brought to justice.
