    • company has filed a writ of summons in Supreme Court Of Western Australia
    • writ against Peter Landau, a former director of company
    • Company is seeking, among other things, recovery of $2.5 million
    • writ concerning breach of written agreement in relation to acquisition of interest in prospective platinum mining tenement
