I dont understand that comment
$4.9m has gone out the door post June 30 and $4.5m has come back in. They are in a worse net position than they were at June 30!
They have utilised 60 % of their ability to raise capital on this "private placement" and now only have the ability to issue another 35m shares until they hold another EGM - as I understand it.
A further capital raise is definitely on the cards before the end of the year IMO unless they can get some cash flow from somewhere which seems unlikely?
