Can you list your other assumptions on payback, NPV.
Not sure any JV partner would even have started looking at a project if the figures you purport to be accurate were, in fact, near the truth. Given that NMT are close to announcing the JV and that their partner may have more nous in this industry and payback then you or I, I am going to suggest you have something wrong.
I will however give you top marks for being the first to post on an announcement in a company you do not hold and to make it a negative response again. Well done!
