    Nomad Building Solutions (ASX:NOD) is poised to divulge details of an acquisition.

    The company currently comprises McGrath Homes and Nomad Rental Properties, two manufacturing and building businesses specialising in remote and regional development, construction and project management across Australia.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 19th February 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
